Policy for Partner/Distributor:
- Process: 50% downpayment before layout and production. Balance is payable before shipment.
- 2-4 week lead time, shipment time included. Rush orders are accepted if we can still accommodate in our line-up.
- Strictly no cancellation of orders once the downpayment is settled. Pls. inform your client in advance regarding our policy. Check the posted policy on ERS Co. website.

- Using our designs, and photos and placing orders in other personalized shops is prohibited. You will be banned and posted on our page as not part of the team or partnership.
